Mark Morris is a veteran Los Angeles-area radio personality and voice-over talent and has over 30-years of experience.

Mark began his career as a staff announcer at Loyola Marymount University’s radio station, later becoming the organization’s News Director and General Manager.  During his tenure as Manager, the staff won back-to-back awards as Radio Station of the Year.

After leaving the station, Mark joined the staff of SI Communications, one of the only black-owned radio and TV production companies in the country.  As Creative Services Director, he was in charge of producing and writing content for the likes of James Earl Jones, Whoopi Goldgerg and others.

Later, Mark would join legendary black-owned radio station KACE, as morning and weekend air-talent for its Quiet Storm format.

In 1992, Mark became Production Director and air-talent at Oldies radio station KRLA, working with such legendary talent as Huggy Boy, Art Laboe, Mucho Morales and others.

1n 1998, Mark took his production and broadcasting skills to a new start-up, Mega 100, which would later become Hot 92.3FM.

Currently, Mark is a busy commercial voice-over talent, lives in Southern California with his three dogs, and is having a great time as the new Morning host on www.Hot923TheBeat.com.
